How to Change Password on web

  1. Login to your Freedx account.
  2. Go to Profile (Top right corner).
  3. Choose Security.
  4. Account Password and click on the "Change" button.
  5. Follow the on screen instructions by entering your Current and New Password.
  6. Click on the "Send Code" button and get a code on your registered email address.
  7. Enter 2FA -> "Confirm".

*Note: "Withdrawal" and "Send" functions will temporarily be disabled for 24 hours after you change your password for security reasons.

Forgot Password:

  1. Click on the "Forgot Password?" tex on the Login page.
  2. Enter your registered email and follow the instructions.

How to Change Password on mobile app

  1. Run the app and navigate to your Account.
  2. Scroll down to Security tab and tap on "Passwords".
  3. A note will pop up informing that the withdrawals and send transaction will not be permitted for 24H after a password change.
  4. Tap "Next" button.
  5. Follow the on screen instructions by entering your Current and New Password.
  6. Click on the "Send Code" button and get a code on your registered email address.
  7. Enter 2FA -> "Confirm".


Forgot Password:

  1. Click on the "Forgot Password?" tex on the Login page.
  2. Enter your registered email and follow the instructions.
