How to Withdraw Cryptocurrency

You can withdraw funds from your Freedx account quickly and without hassle. Here's how to withdraw your funds using Web platform and mobile App.

How to withdraw via the Web

1. Tap Wallet and select "Withdraw" button.
2. Choose the currency where you want to withdraw funds.
   
3. Select network and an option from the dropdown menu.
   
4. Fill in the Amount field, add the wallet address and tap Withdraw button.
5. Enter the Withdrawal (Destination) Address and press the Withdraw button.
   
6. Check your registered email's inbox for the OTP code and indicate in the appropriate field together with your 2FA then click "Verify".
7. Your withdrawal transaction will be processed, and a confirmation message will be posted on the screen once completed. 

How to withdraw via the App

1. Run the app and tap "Wallet" symbol on the button right corner.
2. Select the cryptocurrency.
   
   
3. Select the chain.
4. Fill in the withdrawing amount, address. Check all the details and tap "Withdraw" button
5. Fill in the security code sent to your email address and th 2FA code from your Authenticator.
6. Tap "Verify".

Note: 

• Withdrawal fees are dynamic and may change depending on network conditions. The actual withdrawal fee will always be shown on the Withdrawal Confirmation page before you finalize the transaction.
• Each cryptocurrency has its own blockchain as well as wallet address. Selecting the incorrect currency or blockchain may result in the permanent loss of your assets. Before making a withdrawal transaction, please take extra precaution to ensure all of the information entered is correct.
• The confirmation link in the email is only valid for 1 hour.
