How do I deposit funds?

Depositing funds into your Freedx account is easy and fast. Follow the steps below to view the deposit guidance via the web and app.

How to make a crypto deposit via the Web.

Step 1: Log In to Your Freedx Account

Visit the Freedx website (www.Freedx.com).

Enter your login credentials and authenticate using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Step 2: Navigate to the "Deposit" Section

Click Wallet tab and select Deposit.

Step 3: Choose Your Deposit Method

For Crypto Deposits:

Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit.

Copy the provided wallet address or scan the QR code.

Use your external wallet to send the desired amount to the Freedx wallet address.

Always double check the address before making the deposit. Funds sent to the wrong address cannot be retrieved.

Step 4: Confirm Your Deposit

Crypto deposits require confirmation on the blockchain (the number of confirmations varies by cryptocurrency and blockchain).

Step 5: Check Your Freedx Wallet

Once the funds are deposited, they will appear in your Freedx wallet.

If there are delays, contact Freedx Support for assistance.

Run the app and tap "Wallet" on the bottom right side of the screen.
Tap "Deposit" button.
Choose the network and tap "Deposit Now" button.
Scan the QR code or copy the wallet address.
