The Send to function, also known as Internal Transfer, allows to transfer funds from your account to other accounts. To use this feature, follow the steps below to view the guidance on the Web and mobile App.
How to use Send To option on the Web
- Go to Wallet, Click "Send to" button.

- Fill the form to include the fiat/cryptocurrency, transaction amount, recipient username and email address then click "Next".

- Check the details to ensure everything is correct then click "Confirm".
- Check your registered email's inbox for the OTP code and indicate in the appropriate field together with your 2FA then click "Verify".
- A confirmation message will be posted on the screen to notify the user that the requested transaction amount is already sent to the recipient's account.
How to use Send To option on the App
- Run the app and tap "Wallet" button on the bottom right side of the screen.
- Choose "Send" option.
- Choose the currency, amount and fill in the Recipient details.
- Tap "Send" button.
- Check the details and choose "Confirm".
- Fill in the verification code sent to your email address and 2FA code from the Authenticator app.
- Tap "Verify" to finish the sending.

Important Reminders:
- There is no transfer fee for internal transfers.
