How to Delete Your Freedx Account

Please note that account deletion is only available on Freedx app. You cannot delete your account via Freedx website or mobile browser, and once your account is deleted, you will not be able to reuse the same email address to register a new account.

Important Information Before Deleting Your Account

Before you continue, please make sure you understand the following:

Once your Freedx account is deleted, it cannot be restored. You will permanently lose access to the account.

After deletion:

1. You will no longer be able to log in to the account. 
2. All devices linked to the account will be unbound. 
3. All active sessions will be logged out. 
4. Trading features, including API access, will be disabled. 
5. Any API keys linked to the account will be permanently erased. 
6. You will not be able to register a new account using the same email address, mobile number, or identification details. 

Before submitting an account deletion request, please ensure that you have withdrawn all remaining funds and that your account balance is zero.

How to Delete Your Freedx Account on App

Follow the steps below:

1. Open Freedx app and log in to your account. Tap Account icon at the top-right corner of the main page. 
2. Scroll down and select Manage Account. 
3. Tap Delete my Freedx account. 
4. Review the account deletion notice carefully. 
5. Tap Delete My Account. 
6. If your account balance is zero, a confirmation message will appear. Tap Delete to confirm your account deletion request.

Why Can’t I Delete My Account?

You may be unable to delete your account if there is still a balance in your Freedx account, as shown in the alert below:

For security and account protection reasons, Freedx requires users to withdraw all remaining funds before deleting their account. Once your balance is zero, you can submit the deletion request again through the app.
